FAQs

Q:  Can I include a gift message with my order?

A:  Yes.  When you get to the checkout screen you will find a field for customer notes.  Your gift message can be typed there and we will include it with your order.

 

Q:  What shipping methods do you use?

A:  We use UPS to ship our orders.  We have a flat $8.95 shipping fee for each box that is shipped.  UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so we will ship USPS if needed.

 

Q:  Is your popcorn nut-free?

A:  We do not currently use nuts in our production facility.  We may, however, in the future add flavors with nuts.

 

Q:  Is your popcorn gluten-free?

A:  There are no wheat products in any of our flavors.

 

Q:  What type of oil do you use?

A:  Most of our popcorn is air-popped so there is no oil in the popping process.  We do use coconut oil for our sea salt, old bay and butter flavored popcorn.

 

Q:  How long will my popcorn stay fresh?

A:  Your popcorn will stay fresh for approximately thirty days (sometimes more) if the following thins are kept in mind:  open your popcorn when you are ready to eat it;  keep it away from humidity and heat; store in an air-tight container at room temperature;  do not refrigerate, freeze, reheat or microwave your popcorn.
